      Return & Refund Policy

      At Bespoke Hat Company, we want you to love your purchase! Please review our return policy below.

      Ready-to-Wear Hats & Accessories

      We gladly accept returns of unworn, unaltered items within 14 days of delivery or purchase. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

      Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

      Custom Hats

      Because each custom hat is created specifically for you, all custom hat sales are final. This includes hats customized in-store, at private parties, or at off-site events.

      Trucker Hat Bar

      All trucker hat bar purchases are custom-made and are final sale.

      Sale Items & Gift Cards

      All sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

      Damaged or Incorrect Items

      If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

      Return Shipping

      Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

      Shipping Policy

      Thank you for shopping with Bespoke Hat Company! We appreciate your support and are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

      Processing Time

      Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During holidays, sales, or special events, processing times may be slightly longer.

      Custom orders may require additional production time. If your order includes a custom hat or personalized item, we’ll notify you if additional time is needed.

      Shipping

      Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

      Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.

      Shipping Address

      Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Bespoke Hat Company is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

      Lost or Delayed Packages

      Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, we’ll gladly help you work with the carrier to locate it.

      Damaged Packages

      If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

      Local Pickup

      If local pickup is available, you’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for your pickup notification before coming to the shop.
